Event description: The CADS Ski Level 1 course is the first step toward becoming a Canadian Adaptive Snowsports (CADS) Ski Instructor. This course prepares participants to support skiers with disabilities and help make the ski hill accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
The course introduces the CADS Ski Teaching Methodology, includes an introduction to tethering, and covers the following modules:
Training will take place both indoors and outdoors, including on-snow sessions. Participants should dress appropriately for winter conditions. Electronic copies of course materials and study guides will be provided following registration.

This Alpine Level 1 & Ski Cross Level 1 Officials course is an introduction to ski race officiating and is designed for anyone who wants to be part of the race arena — inside the netting — and contribute to our incredible ski community.
