About Us

Sask Alpine is the provincial governing body for alpine ski racing in Saskatchewan, dedicated to fostering participation, excellence, and lifelong engagement in the sport. We promote, develop, and oversee both competitive and non-competitive alpine skiing programs across the province, working in partnership with local clubs, coaches, volunteers, and athletes of all levels. Rooted in values of fun, inclusion, family, and safety, Sask Alpine is committed to providing high-quality opportunities that build skills, confidence, and community through skiing.

Our mission is to ensure a thriving alpine ski community by supporting athlete development from grassroots to high performance, enhancing coaching and officiating standards, and increasing access to the sport—especially for youth, newcomers, and underrepresented groups. We believe in skiing for life, and our vision is to make alpine skiing an accessible, inspiring, and enriching experience for all Saskatchewan residents. Through strategic partnerships, education, mentorship, and a strong provincial calendar of events, Sask Alpine is building the future of ski racing in our province.
